We are seeking a highly motivated Community Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work directly with our partners and the public to strengthen community ties while advancing meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners.
• Assist in planning and executing community outreach events and initiatives.
• Represent the organization at events, ensuring professional and engaging interactions.
• Communicate effectively to promote awareness of the organization’s goals and programs.
• Respond to community inquiries and provide information about our initiatives.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community to inform future strategies.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts for community-based events and programs.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement strategies with overall goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in event coordination or community engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
