Your Role and Responsibilities

As a new team member, you will be instrumental in driving our nonprofit outreach initiatives. You will engage with the public, run community and retail-based events, and contribute to fundraising efforts while continuously enhancing your skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating the public about nonprofit missions and encouraging support.

  • Meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.

  • Managing on-site event logistics.

  • Organizing event materials, signage, and supplies.

  • Acting as the primary customer contact and answering inquiries.

  • Creating a positive brand experience through engagement.

  • Gathering feedback to improve future events.

  • Effectively communicating nonprofit messages and values.

  • Encouraging participation in promotional activities.

  • Tracking and reporting donations and sales data.

  • Collaborating with a dynamic team.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development sessions.

  • Teaching, mentoring, and developing others.

Qualifications We Seek

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Customer service, sales, or event coordination experience (preferred but not required)

  • Commitment to supporting charitable causes

  • Basic math skills for processing donations

  • Organizational skills to manage donor information and fundraising materials

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel)

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $600.00 per week, uncapped
