Project Manager – Commercial Roofing
$85- 95K Base Salary
Full Time: Phoenix

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional Project Manager to join their incredible team. The PM role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, deliveries and safety at construction sites.
This Opportunity comes with a Company Truck, Gas Card, 401K + Matching program, phone, laptop.
All Candidates must heavy Commercial Roofing Experience and provide a Project List. This role will be focusing on large commercial jobs.

Primary Duties and Reponsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales person as to project design and management\
• Oversee daily safety strategy, budget and labor
• Coordinate materials and deliveries
• Manage client relationships
• Quality Assurance/control
• Personnel Management
• Maintain jobsite records, change orders, billings
• Execute company vision
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education

• 2+ Years of Construction PM work, Commercial Roofing experience preferred
• Construction and Commercial experience preferred
• Team Player – Willing to complete processing tasks
• Critical Thinker – Intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
• Problem Solver – Take ownership, resolve and communicate with the team.
• Great Communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
