Collision/Body Shop Estimator/Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our collision center in Auburn; this is an exceptional opportunity to join a busy, growing body shop! If you have 2+ years of prior collision center or estimating/manger experience, we want to talk with you. Apply TODAY!

As an Estimator/Manager, you are the liaison between customers, employees and insurance adjusters. Primary responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers to ensure outstanding customer service
• Appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair
• Develop itemized work orders, listing the cost of all parts and labor
• Counsel technicians on repair options
• Work with the parts department to ensure correct parts are available
• Maintain contact with customers, technicians, and insurance companies throughout the repair process
