Job Title: Cocktail Server

Job Summary:

The Cocktail Server will provide excellent service to guests at  Bond Cocktail Lounge , an exclusive new venue opening in November 2024. In this role, you will take and serve drink orders, recommend cocktails, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You will be part of the team launching this high-end lounge, working in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver beverages promptly and accurately.
• Recommend drinks and upsell specials or premium liquors.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized.
• Follow all local liquor laws and venue policies.
• Work closely with bartenders and staff for smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality or as a cocktail waitress preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and drinks is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays.
