Coca-Cola Santa Fe Merchandiser Supervisor for Northern NM Location Taos, NM :

years JOB OVERVIEW The Coca-Cola Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of merchandisers in Los Alamos, Espanola, and Taos to ensure effective product merchandising and sales at retail locations. They manage daily routes, train merchandisers, and ensure compliance with Coca-Cola standards.

Company vehicle provided.

Tuesday-Saturday with occasional days if needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for hiring, discharging, and supervising staff, dealing with conflicts, and motivating employees to meet merchandising goals
  • Ensures proper staffing to meet business demands. Ensures adequate store coverage, proper scheduling, and customer service seven days a week
  • Manage operating expenses and labor budgets while meeting customer service needs
  • Reviews/approves timecards to ensure accurate payroll
  • Respond to store inquires proactively
  • Develop strong internal customer relationships with other departments
  • As needed, work in the role of the Merchandiser during staffing vacancies, training new employees, and working weekends and holidays to support the customer

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of CCSF Sales and Delivery operations
  • Must demonstrate good planning techniques and organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform the duties of a Merchandiser
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • Must have a basic understanding of computers/iPad to learn the eoSTAR system. Must have a valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, a driving record within guidelines, including no major violations within the last three years.
  • 2+ years of managerial/leadership experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
