Responsibilities
Provide Therapy Services:
Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing.
Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy services to clients.
Client Care & Communication:
Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Offer empathetic communication to clients, providing guidance, support, and resources to meet their needs.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA) and organizational policies.
Collaboration & Consultation:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists.
Engage in case consultations to share expertise and insights, contributing to informed treatment decisions.
Professional Growth:
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve therapeutic services.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure:
Current licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or similar) in the United States.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably within a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
Proficiency in assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certification in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus.
