We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Remote Clinical Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities
1. Conduct Therapy Sessions:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients via secure video conferencing.
Perform assessments, create treatment plans, and offer continuous therapy to support client progress.
2. Client Care and Communication:
Build and nurture positive, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Communicate empathetically, offering guidance and support to help clients achieve their therapy goals.
3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
4. Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists.
Participate in case consultations, offering insights and expertise to enhance client care and treatment planning.
5. Professional Development:
Take part in ongoing training, education, and professional development opportunities.
Stay current with industry advancements, best practices, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Requirements
1. Education:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
2. Licensure:
Active licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) in the United States.
3. Experience:
0-2 years of clinical therapy experience, ideally in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
4. Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
5. Certifications/Licenses:
Certification in a specific therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus.
