SUMMARY
Realm is looking for a Cellar Worker II to join the team at Realm North in Calistoga. The Cellar Worker II is mid-level cellar staff responsible for performing cellar duties and activities under limited or general supervision that contribute to the success of putting the final product into bottle at the highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Under limited or general supervision, performs all basic and routine cellar tasks, as well as more skilled/advanced cellar tasks such as filtering, bottling, crush line operations, and press operations.
-Perform all wine movements, topping, racking, filling, and transfers at a more efficient speed than a Cellar Worker I.
-Capable of operating harvest equipment, presses, and filters under limited or general supervision.
-Accurately weigh out and make additions to wine and juice as well as efficiently organize addition workflow.
-Understand and operate different types of pumps, as well as knowledge of troubleshooting and rebuilding.
-Understand and adhere to all cellar and facility SOPs as well as offer ideas for improvement or efficiency while keeping wine quality as a priority.
-Follow safe operating procedures, and support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environment, and team members’ safety.
-Engage in knowledge transfer with Cellar Worker I team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
-Assist in overseeing and coaching interns and temp workers during harvest and bottling, ensuring all SOPs and safety policies are followed.
-Participate in 1:1s with supervisor every two weeks; receptive to ongoing feedback and coaching while showing effort to improve skills
-Ensure work is accurate, precise, and high quality.
-Demonstrate resiliency through supporting and collaborating with teammates, accepting and learning from mistakes, and embracing a change and growth mindset.
