Dedicated Driver Opportunity in Warrensburg, MO
We are seeking dedicated drivers passionate about driving, have strong customer service skills, and are ready for hands-on unloading, we want to hear from you!

• Compensation Structure:
  • Base Pay: $0.70 - $0.80 per mile based on verified experience (0-96+ months).
  • Unload Pay: $240 per unload.
  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop.
  • Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
• Home Time: Minimum home weekly with a 34-hour reset for quality family time.
• Comprehensive Training: Participate in a week-long ride-along training program with a current driver at $150 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver to locations in ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN.
• Manually unload goods at each destination.

Driver Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of recent OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years.
• MUST PASS HAIR FOLLICLE & URINE TEST.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 within the last 12 months.
• Major moving violations: None in the past year and only one within the last three years.
• Safety record: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT recordable incidents in the last 3 years.
• Secure parking location for your truck and trailer.
