Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (No Weekends)
Salary: $77,000 - $115,000 (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

About the Role

We are seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple campuses. This leadership role is ideal for a highly skilled Cath Lab RN or Radiologic Technologist (RT) with experience in cardiovascular care and a strong commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Cath Labs, Electrophysiology Labs, and Echo Services across two campuses.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives .
• Act as interim director in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
• Develop and mentor staff, handling coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance management .
• Step in to assist with complex cases when necessary.

Department Volume

• Main Campus Cath Lab: 140-170 procedures/month
• Secondary Campus Cath Lab: 40 procedures/month
• Electrophysiology Labs (both campuses): 50-60 cases/month
• Echo Procedures (both campuses): 600-700 procedures/month

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program .
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Cath Lab RN or RT experience required .
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current ARRT certification & Kansas certification as a Radiologic Technologist , OR
• Active RN license in Kansas or Compact Multi-State License .
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
