Job Description

We are seeking a member-focused, energetic, and sales-oriented Call Center Banker/MSR to join our in-bound call center team! In this role, you will assist both potential and current Members with their financial needs while identifying and recommending products and services to enhance their financial well-being. Providing prompt, professional, and courteous support to Members and fellow team members is key to success in this role.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with Members.
• Be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Credit Union products & services and how they compare to offerings from other financial institutions.
• Proactively work to increase product and service usage among Members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution handling Member services; call center experience preferred .
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of adapting to fluctuating call volumes throughout the workday.
• Comprehensive understanding of Credit Union policies and procedures .
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working in a confined space.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems .
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

Work Environment:

This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home, in an office, or a hybrid of both . However, candidates must be available for training and monthly meetings in Dallas .

Compensation: $21-22/hr
