The Role:
As Brand Ambassador – National Trade Sales, you will be the face of Seven Stones Estate in the fine wine trade, forging meaningful connections, driving national sales, and elevating our presence in premier markets. Your expertise in hospitality, trade engagement, and relationship-building will ensure our wines are showcased in the most discerning accounts while offering immersive onsite experiences that strengthen brand loyalty.
This role is perfect for a passionate, results-driven sales professional with deep industry relationships who understands the power of storytelling, the nuance of fine wines, and the importance of high-touch hospitality in nurturing lasting relationships

Key Responsibilities

National Trade Sales & Business Development
•  Develop and implement a strategic national trade sales plan to expand Seven Stones’ presence in key markets.
•  Act as the primary trade representative, embodying the values, authenticity, and exclusivity of the estate.
•  Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier restaurants, sommeliers, private collectors, and fine wine buyers to ensure placement in prestigious accounts nationwide.
•  Drive direct trade sales and collaborate with distributor partners to maximize market penetration, positioning and sales performance.
•  Plan and execute trade-focused events, winemaker dinners, and educational seminars in key regions to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
•  Manage key account relationships, track sales metrics, and report on performance against strategic goals.
•  Represent Seven Stones Estate at national trade events, industry gatherings, and collector experiences to enhance brand visibility and prestige.
Onsite Hospitality & Guest Experiences
•  Host DTC and trade guests on property, providing immersive, high touch tasting experiences that deepen connections and drive long term relationships.
•  Introducing guests, trade partners, and patrons on our terroir, winemaking philosophy, and brand stories to inspire advocacy and long-term engagement.
•  Lead patron and trade-focused estate visits, ensuring each guest experience aligns with the exclusivity and craftsmanship of Seven Stones wines.
•  Collaborate closely and constructively with others to align national sales efforts with onsite programming and brand messaging.
•  Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive, invitation-only events, ensuring they reflect the prestige of Seven Stones Estate.

Who You Are
•  A compelling storyteller with an innate ability to captivate and inspire audiences.
•  A seasoned wine professional with deep industry knowledge—WSET, CMS, or equivalent certifications preferred.
•  A strategic relationship builder with established connections in the fine wine trade, hospitality, and collector communities.
•  A curator of experiences, passionate about crafting memorable, immersive moments that engage and delight.
•  A dedicated steward of excellence, committed to authenticity, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
•  Comfortable with frequent travel for national sales efforts and available for weekends and special events as needed.
•  Highly proficient in CRM, POS, and reservation systems, with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
