Job Description

We are a fully remote business management firm specializing in providing bookkeeping and accounting support to small businesses. We're looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and experienced bookkeeper who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and making a meaningful impact on our clients' financial success.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong bookkeeping experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are key, as you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing a variety of accounting tasks with a high degree of professionalism and precision.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and efficiently extract relevant information.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in income/expense accounts.
- Prepare and file Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely tax payments.
- Collaborate effectively with a team and maintain organized workflows.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and meet deadlines consistently.

### Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ability to prepare, review, and understand financial reports.
- Experience with tax filing and payroll management.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Part-time to Full-time position (transition to full-time after assessment period).
