We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join our fully remote team. As a bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and organized financial records for a variety of small businesses. What You'll Do:
Manage financial records using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently
Review financial reports and identify areas for improvement or inconsistency
Prepare and file Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes
Process payroll accurately and ensure payroll taxes are paid on time
Work closely with a team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills while balancing multiple tasks
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
A keen eye for detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Experience with payroll management and tax filing
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
