We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements and bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Prepare and file essential financial documents.
- Reconcile company accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with tax payments and returns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor cash flow and generate financial reports to aid management in informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
