We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a small business’s financial health. Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation.
• Maintain organized records for audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients or team members.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours: 15–25 hours per week.
