  • Achieve Lasting Impact : Focus on measurable results that create lifelong improvements for children and families.

What We’re Looking For

We need BCBAs who are as passionate about outcomes as we are. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold BCBA certification and have 2 years of clinical experience. (New BCBA? Need mentorship? Ask about our BCBA Resident position.)
  • Eligible to be licensed as LBA in Tennessee

  • Have a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Be confident and effective in caregiver and team training.
  • Show passion for building communication and social skills in learners.
  • Stay current on ABA research and best practices.
  • Balance attention to detail with a big-picture focus on quality.
