Our client is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support students in grades K-4 by promoting positive behaviors and addressing behavioral challenges through targeted interventions in Philadelphia, PA.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
* Experience working with elementary-aged children on behavior goals.
* Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) or similar frameworks.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Address and manage student behavior concerns.
* Lead small behavioral intervention groups.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff on behavior plans.
* Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
