Kiddo is looking for a bar manager to join our team!

We are a neighborhood restaurant whose goal is to serve local, fresh, and creative food and drink. The menu changes frequently based on what is available to us, keeping things interesting in the kitchen and at the bar. We give the utmost respect to the farm products and focus on providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for a candidate who will work with us to accomplish our goal of promoting local and sustainable food systems. We are a small team, and we do not take short cuts. Due to the nature of working with local produce, we do not slack on the prep and quality control. Expect to prepare syrups, tinctures, stocks, and shrubs. Additionally, expect to clean the bar in its entirety and maintain a sanitary work environment. You have to be able to work in a hot environment and lift about 50 pounds. 

You can also expect to work with management to place all alcohol orders and manage inventory, control the flow of bar service, and approve all voids/changes to tickets. You will have creative control over the cocktail menu, wine list, and beer selection.
