Job Description
We are seeking motivated and friendly servers who easily deliver guest-focused service. The server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders from customers, describing menu items, and generally being helpful and knowledgeable. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a server, bartender, or barista in a fast-paced food setting, offering excellent service to customers. Responsibilities
• Offer kind, knowledgeable, and respectful customer service.
• Great the guests, take their food and drink orders, and process payment
• Prepare a limited selection of beer, wines, and batch cocktails to order
• Ensure all orders are accurately brought to the customer in a timely manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of front of the dining room, patio, and guest areas
• Work alongside restaurant management to address customer concerns
• Assist with front-of-house side-work to maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Assist with tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma/equivalent required
• 2+ years’ Server experience preferred
• Demonstrates the ability to work well within a small team
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work, quickly, cleanly, and efficiently
• Knowledge and strong interest in quality food & drink
• At least 2 strong professional references
