Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles for any concerns or complaints customers may have.

  • Diagnose any issues that may arise from inspection.

  • Fill out Digital Inspections with notes and pictures/videos if they apply.

  • Write estimates or help with making a repair order if needed.

  • Work with Service Advisors to make sure customers' needs are met.

  • Prioritize safety issues for Customers

  • Maintain a clean work area.

  • Work with co-workers if they need help to get work completed.

  • Attend training as directed and required

  • Attend and participate in networking and company events

  • Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in handbook

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience of at least 1 year or current enrollment in an automotive program.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge.

  • Own Tool box and Tools

  • Possess a valid driver’s license issued in Minnesota.

  • Capable of achieving and maintaining ASE certifications.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized.

  • Must be mature, flexible, and self-motivated

  • Able to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks.

  • Can carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience 2-4 years

  • Automotive degree preferred

  • ASE Certifications preferred

Compensation Range: $45,000-$115,000
