We feel that growing personnel from within provides the best results in building a persons career. Starting off as a detailer/ helper can jumpstart that career into any direction of the Auto Body industry whether it be in the Paint or Body shop roles. Detailer is the last stop for a vehicle in the repair process before giving the customer back their car. So having an attention to detail is a must have. We want customers to be thrilled at how clean they received their cars back after having repairs done. Helping out within the body shop with tasks adds the ability to learn and expand within the Body Shop.
