The Assistant Service Manager is a customer-facing team member who communicates directly with both customers and technicians to ensure seamless, understandable, and positive experiences in the service department. • Welcomes Service Customers Promptly and Genuinely

• Verifies that Final Invoice Reconciles with Work Performed on the Repair Order
• Presents and Explains Completed Work and Charges to Customers

• Experience in a Service Advisory Role is Preferred
