Summary :
Are you an experienced assembler ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Assembly Team Lead to support our Gearbox Assembly Department. In this position, you’ll play a key part in training team members, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality output on the production floor.

Pay : $24.74 + 2.00 premium

Hours : 2nd shift Mon-Thurs, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Train and support assembly team members
• Test gearboxes and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Ensure accurate tracking of training and compliance logs
• Monitor product quality and lead corrective action efforts
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Provide performance feedback to supervisors

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
• 3+ years of assembly experience in a production environment
• Prior leadership or lead role experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude: able to interpret blueprints and use measuring tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for 10–12 hours
