**Asphalt / Paving Estimator**

Responsibilities:

Solicit and respond to bid opportunities across the assigned geographic region.
Methodically evaluate and analyze bid specifications, plans, scope of work, related drawings, production rates, and profitability margins.
Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data for accurate estimates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant project information.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in the asphalt paving industry.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Commercial Asphalt Paving and Maintenance projects.
In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and specialized estimating software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with local regulations and permits
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage time and priorities.
