Antitrust Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 international law firm with a top-ranked antitrust practice, is seeking a talented Antitrust Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia. This group has a proven track record of securing victories for major corporations, including successful dispositive motions, favorable class certification rulings, and trial wins. Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance .
• Experience handling government investigations , including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations , and/or private antitrust litigation .
• Strong background in compliance and counseling related to antitrust matters.
• Prior large law firm or government agency experience preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation , including class actions , merger challenges , and competitor lawsuits .
• Advise clients on regulatory investigations conducted by the FTC and DOJ , including merger review and conduct inquiries.
• Provide strategic counsel on antitrust compliance , risk assessment , and regulatory approvals .
• Draft and negotiate key legal documents, including motions , memoranda , and settlement agreements .
• Work closely with clients to develop and implement defense strategies in complex antitrust matters.
