Key Responsibilities

The Analyst – Above-the-Wing (ATW) Strategy & Execution is responsible for supporting the leaders’ key insights around Agent-on-Demand (AOD) metrics including Resource Planning, Dependability, Finance, Airport Operations and other AO focus areas. This role will support with dashboard development, Power App development, presentation building /storytelling, and build business justifications to support the long-term strategy of Airport Operations. Analyst should expect to have strong communication skills and support real-time activities across multiple work functions and contact channels – including phone, chat/messaging, and email.

• Evaluate historical statistics to identify trends for staffing, budget, attendance, and other Airport Ops and Business Office metrics; Analyze trends and insights and proactively seek improvement opportunities; Identify stations and/or metrics requiring additional focus
• Supports the Agent on Demand (AOD) Staffing initiatives in the Domestic and/or international region(s); Steps in during IRROPs (irregular operations) to provide data insights to the team
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement solutions
• Daily Reporting to Airport Operations leadership along with dashboard development

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years’ experience in an operations or fast-paced business environment
• Experience executing initiatives and/or projects with measurable results
• Previous analytics experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills are essential
• Must have strong organizational skills, with proven ability to multi-task
• Collaboration skills are essential
• Team player
• Must be willing to work in a 24/7-hour operation including holidays and weekends
• Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative
• Willingness to travel if needed

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with PowerBI, Power Apps, Foundry/Palantir, and SQL

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
