Description Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to support cutting-edge advancements in the biotech industry? Robert Half has partnered with a leading biotech company in search of a Administrative Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting the operational, logistical, and administrative needs of their innovative team. Key Responsibilities: + Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members and executives. + Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to support ongoing biotech projects and initiatives. + Handle correspondence and act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. + Maintain office resources, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the team operates efficiently. + Support planning and logistics for on-site and off-site meetings or biotech industry events. + Organize and maintain accurate records, including project files, vendor agreements, and compliance documentation in adherence to biotech industry regulatory standards. + Monitor and ensure filing systems are up-to-date within company tools, such as document management systems or software. + Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between research, operations, and finance departments. + Foster a professional and collaborative environment that aligns with the company's innovative mission. Requirements + Previous administrative or office coordination experience, with a preference for experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries + Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or document control software is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
