Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Assist with invoicing, payroll, and other financial tasks.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
• Must be comfortable making phone calls, including cold calls to potential clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• A high school diploma or equivalent and additional qualifications as an office manager or secretary are a plus.
