Job Title: Office Assistant (Real Estate Start-Up)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Near Fashion Plaza on E Camelback)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 7 AM – 3 PM MST
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support our Executive in a rapidly growing real estate start-up focused on house flipping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run errands as needed to support daily business operations
• Assist in recording video content for business development
• Track and manage the Executive’s time and schedule
• Upload and organize video content for the development team
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to assist in any way needed
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable handling video uploads and digital content
• Reliable and able to anticipate the needs of the Executive

• Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
