We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients in the Financial Services or Telecommunications sectors. This role focuses on delivering top-notch technology services and staffing solutions to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in Financial Services or Telecommunications, with a focus on technology services and staffing needs.

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including IT & Procurement leaders.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client business objectives, technology requirements, and talent challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Account Growth & Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to expand technology services and staffing offerings within existing accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technology delivery and staffing specialists, to ensure alignment with client goals.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee the delivery of technology projects and staffing services, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to provide the best-fit talent for client needs.

  • Manage escalations and proactively address client concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Reporting & Insights

  • Regularly analyze account performance and provide detailed reports on service delivery, recruitment metrics, and overall value.

  • Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance client outcomes in technology adoption and workforce strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role, with a focus on technology services or recruitment solutions.

  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts in Financial Services or Telecommunications.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of technology services (e.g., digital transformation, cloud, software development) and recruitment processes.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and deliver exceptional results.

  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing client talent acquisition challenges through tailored recruitment strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks and recruitment platforms

  • Proficient in CRM tools
