Job Description

 

We seek a highly motivated transitioning Service Member to work as a Sales/Marketing/Social Media executive.

We have clients in aviation, sports, hunting & fishing, cyber security, and manufacturing that are eager to add highly talented transitioning service members to their teams.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in building and executing strategies that drive growth and engagement.

You will play a key role in amplifying brand presence, developing innovative campaigns, and fostering meaningful relationships with their clients.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of the organization while equipping you with transferable skills for a rewarding civilian career.

You'll receive extensive training so no experience, college, or certifications are required.

This is a unique chance to leave a lasting impact and grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Expect a 40-hour/week schedule.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email outreach, and content creation.

  2. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain engaging content across platforms to increase brand visibility and foster community engagement.

  3. Business Development: Research and identify potential partnerships and new business opportunities.

  4. Sales Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts and support sales teams in creating impactful presentations and pitches.

  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.

  6. Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance brand storytelling.

  7. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Social Media.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—this role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling content and strategies.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Motivated by both personal growth and achieving financial goals.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools is a plus, but not required.

 

COMPENSATION

If you enjoy your SkillBridge internship and are interested in pursuing a career with your host company, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent employee.

Anticipate a base salary plus commission with estimated first year compensation of $75,000 - $100,000.
